IceWave Patches for Hamstring Pain

In this video, Dr. Karen Kan demonstrates how to use the LifeWave IceWave patches in the Clock Protocol to patch for hamstring pain. Things to remember when using LifeWave IceWave Patches:

  • Start with adequate hydration. Drink at least 0.5 litres of pure water before starting to patch
