Just put the patch inside the battery cover or outside the phone.
Which patch? Carnosin or Glutathion?
Hanna, Roy used Carnosine, but I’ve muscle tested both and it depends on the person which works best. I use whichever hand they usually use to hold the phone to test them… good luck. Tell me how it goes!
