U.S.A. Bobsled Athlete Ethan Albrecht-Carrie Wins Silver at Americas Cup. Photo by Katie Kranze Million
USA’s Ethan Albrecht-Carrie and brakeman Travis Armbruster led Patrice Servelle and Elly LeFort by sixth one-hundredths of a second after the first run. Servelle came back with the best time in the second heat to capture the Gold in two-man bobsleigh competition and Albrecht-Carrie captured the Silver – his best finish yet.
There were 13 starters from seven countries. Servelle posted times of 58.06 and 58.09 for a 1:56.15 total. Albrecht-Carrie completed runs of 58.01 and 58.36 for a 1:56.37. The bronze went to Cory Butner and Kameron Hart of the USA, 58.27 and 58.45, for a 1:56.72.
Albrecht-Carrie has been using LifeWave Energy Enhancers for training since the fall and has found the ST36 acupuncture point the most helpful for strength. After surgeries on his knee, the LifeWave IceWave and Y-Age patches help to manage his pain, according to the strong young athlete.
Everyone at LifeWave wishes Albrecht-Carrie a brilliant bobsled career – and a podium win at the next Olympic Winter Games!
